Glammonitor.com was a start-up endeavor: it was an online magazine that focused on exposing and discussing social issues within the fashion and beauty industries. At Glammonitor, I acted as Editor-In-Chief and COO. With financial help from its CEO, I hired and managed a team of fifteen freelance writers, designers and internal management for the functioning of the organization. I wrote, edited, produced and created digital media content for the operation. After six months, Glammonitor.com had to shut down due to lack of funding.
